Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly upon arrival.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
